Our client is a growing international organization that is continuing to expand their US presence. With this growth we now have the need for an experienced Sr Continuous Improvement Manager to work with multiple facilities. Some travel is required. As the Sr Continuous Improvement Manager you will asked to create a culture of workforce engagement. Your skills in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean, and other progressive management approaches will provide your success in this role. Your ideas will also be sought as you assume a key member role for the strategic vision team for facilities throughout this organization. Position reports to the Corporate VP of Operations.
